Recently we toured the Alcino silver workshop in Porto. It’s a company that has been in business for more than 120 years, with the 5th and 6th generations of the family still running it. Their creations are unique, often incorporating natural elements. Even my curmudgeon husband was impressed!
I am arranging for Porto Ladies to do the tour on Tuesday August 4, 2026. The tour takes about an hour. The cost is 15€ per person, payable at Alcino. They can take cards, MBWay or cash. You can bring significant others and/or older kids. Their workshop is near the Campo 24 de Agosto Metro stop.
The time will depend on how many people sign up but the tours will start at 2:00 pm for sure and possibly add more hourly as needed.
