I am hosting Dr. Rita Maia who is a GP and menopause specialist based in the UK - online on Zoom on 22nd April 2026 at 11am - 12h30.
The UK is making great progress in menopause care but Dr. Rita Maia qualified as a doctor here in Portugal so also knows the Portuguese health care system.
She will be sharing up-to-date information about hormonal mechanisms behind symptoms, genitourinary symptoms of menopause as well as evidence-based treatment options. There will also be a short Q/A with Dr. Rita Maia.
